• Can I request a fully customized design?

• Can I make design alterations to a piece from the collection?
We can do sizing alterations for free for any design within our collection, but design alterations will be categorized as “Custom Design,” so the price could change.
• Do you do bridal design?
YES, YES, and YES! I love working with women in the many stages of their lives and bridal design is one of my favorite. With my experience at Carolina Herrera and Marchesa and my knowledge in fabrics and couture techniques, I am able to provide beautiful, nostalgic, and feminine customized wedding gowns. • What’s the best way to take care of each design?
We stand by our designs and with proper care, they are guaranteed to last you a lifetime. Each garment comes with its own hangtag showing its own care guide that should be followed properly. As linen fabric shrinks, we pre-wash the fabric before cutting to minimize the risk of it shrinking when washing the garment. Each time linen gets wet it will naturally shrink, but after air drying, you can iron steam it for it to return to its natural shape. Natural fibers are delicate, that’s why I recommend hand washing and air drying (and this method is more environmentally friendly!)
• How does international shipping work?
Once the production of our pieces is finalized, our products reach their final destination in around 3-5 business days (It would be subject to your location, for which the shipping period may take longer). For international orders, we use DHL. The shipping rate is approximately USD $30. However, different rates may apply depending on your delivery address and the weight of the package. For orders over USD $300, we offer free shipping.
• How does local shipping work?
For domestic orders, we offer free standard shipping. We ship locally with Correos de Costa Rica, or with our in-house messenger.
• Do you accept exchanges or returns?
As we have a made-to-order business model we do not currently accept exchanges or returns. However, if you do encounter a problem with a product of ours you purchased, if you do not absolutely love your piece, or it does not fit well, please feel free to reach us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a detailed explanation of the issue so we can handle the problem. In case we accept an exchange or return we will ship you a prepaid return label. The shipping cost will be deducted from your refund total. If you wish to use your own shipping label we ask you to please provide us with the tracking number.
• What if my garment does not fit well?
If for any reason your garment does not fit well, we can adjust it and make alterations, if necessary, with no additional cost. To prevent this, we ask for you to please check our Size Chart provided and specify any size notes or alterations you would like us to know during checkout.
