• Paola Lizano e-Gift cards can only be redeemed in the online store www.paolalizano.com
• This card cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash and no changes will be made, unless required by law. Treat this card like cash. Lost, stolen or damaged cards will not be replaced.
• To see the balance of your gift card, contact us at info@paolalizano.com
• You cannot return or cancel your gift card after receiving it. Buyers who wish to cancel a gift card purchase order prior to delivery to a recipient should contact the email info@paolalizano.com
• If you suspect someone has copied or stolen your Gift Card, please contact info@paolalizano.com immediately.
• You cannot use a Gift Card to purchase other Gift Cards. Gift cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law.
• The information you provide when purchasing gift cards is subject to the Privacy Policy.
• All gift card orders are subject to a process that compares the buyer information provided on the website with the buyer information provided by the buyer’s financial institution. If there is a discrepancy, your gift card order may be delayed until it can be corrected.

• We are not responsible for gift cards that are undeliverable or not received due to failure to enter an accurate email address for the recipient. Please check to make sure the recipient’s address is correct, and contact us at info@paolalizano.com if you suspect the recipient did not receive your Gift Card.
• Reasons for failed e-gift card delivery: E-gift cards are delivered via email. If you have confirmed the recipient’s email address but the eGift Card has not been delivered within a reasonable period of time (5 business days after canceling the amount), here is a list of the most common reasons why delivery may have failed:
1. The spam filter blocked the email or directed it to a bulk / spam folder.
2. The recipient’s firewall blocked the email.
3. The email inbox has exceeded the size limit.
4. Invalid email address.
If a spam filter blocks Paola Lizano emails in an inbox, the email options will need to be changed so that Paola Lizano emails are not considered spam. If you need more help, contact us at info@paolalizano.com
• Personalized Message on Gift Card: If we find inappropriate, offensive or objectionable messages, we reserve the right to cancel them. Thanks for your cooperation.
• There is no expiration date on your gift card. We recommend that you redeem it shortly after receiving it, so you don’t forget it.
